Greater Milwaukee Auto Show 2013 opens at downtown Delta Center
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Hundreds of vehicles were on display at the Delta Center in downtown Milwaukee as the Greater Milwaukee Auto Show kicked off this weekend. The Auto Show began on Saturday, February 23rd and runs through March 3rd.
The show featured some of the newest vehicles on the market.
"I like everything with engines and tires and this is an opportunity to see what's out there that's new," Terry Jachowicz said.
Cars, trucks and SUVs were on display -- and the pressure was off for those looking to browse and check out what was available.
"I like coming here without the pressure of sales people," Jachowicz said.
"Less pressure. You can sit in the cars and you can look at them and there's price tags on them, so you know what you're getting into," one visitor told FOX6 News.
Drivers were not only able to look at vehicles, but also touch them and even sit in the driver's seat. Guests also had the opportunity to take vehicles for a test drive.
Michal Reige and her husband have been on the hunt for a new vehicle. At the Greater Milwaukee Auto Show, they checked out a variety of vehicles, looking for the perfect fit.
"We`re looking for a new car and I like to sit inside and get in them without the pressure of a sales person. We're on a mission. We're looking at Jeep, Volkswagen, Ford and I can see them all in one place, instead of driving all over Milwaukee and going to each one individually," Reige said.
The Greater Milwaukee Auto Show runs through March 3rd, and is open seven days a week.
