Fully engulfed: Early morning fire destroys garage in Franklin

FRANKLIN (WITI) -- The Franklin Fire Department responded to a garage fire early Friday morning, January 23rd.

It happened around 12:22 a.m. on Brunn Drive near Imperial Drive.

The Franklin Fire Department with the assistance of Oak Creek, Greendale, Greenfield and Hales Corners quickly extinguished the fully-engulfed garage fire -- saving the residence from major damage.

The residents were evacuated without injury and the fire is not suspicious in nature.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
