Found safe: Hartford police locate missing 10-year-old boy

HARTFORD -- Hartford police say the search for a 10-year-old missing boy has ended. Owen of Hartford was found safe Thursday evening, October 6th after he had gone missing earlier in the day.

Police say Owen is now at home -- it is unclear where he was found.
