First Robotics Competition: Inspiring future engineers

It’s a competition meant to inspire the next generation of engineers, where high schoolers  spend their free time building robot athletes.

Every year students from around the world gather at the First Robotics Competition where robots they built compete in specialized sports. At stake is not only prestige and millions of dollars in scholarships, but an inspiration for science and a promising career.
