First look: Fans of Stars Wars get a sneak peek at "Episode 7: The Force Awakens"

(WITI) -- The long-awaited first teaser trailer for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” debuted on iTunes on Friday, November 28th. It's all of 88 seconds long -- but it gives fans the first look at the first “Star Wars” movie in a decade.

Directed by J.J. Abrams, “The Force Awakens” is scheduled to open on Dec. 18.
