Fire damages two units at Milwaukee condo complex

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Fire officials say two units of a condo complex were extensively damaged after a fire broke out on Tuesday afternoon, June 25th.

It happened just before 6:00 p.m. in the 9000 block of N. 70th Street.

Officials say two units in the six-unit condo complex were damaged.

There is no word at this time as to a cause of the fire, or a damage estimate.

The Red Cross was on the scene assisting residents of the complex.

A MFD Deputy Chief told FOX6 News gas and electric were shut off to the complex, so it is unlikely residents would be allowed back inside on Tuesday.
