Disabled vehicle shuts down lanes on NB I-41/94 near Hwy. 11 in Racine Co.

RACINE COUNTY -- A disabled vehicle has shut down all but the right land of northbound I-41/94 near Highway 11 in Racine County.

Severe queues of 6.1 miles with a 41 minute travel time are being observed.
