Critical missing 22-year-old woman has been found, returned safely to her home

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police said shortly before 9:00 p.m. Monday, November 16th a critically missing 22-year-old woman has been located, and has been safely returned to her home.

Police were asking for the public's help locating Monica Payne, who was last seen near 70th and Thurston Avenue around 11:00 p.m. November 15th.

Again -- police say Monica Payne has been found, and she has been safely returned to her home.
