Con's clever disguise as elderly man was not enough to avoid capture by authorities

BOSTON -- A Massachusetts man who has been a fugitive since he was indicted in April was arrested on Thursday, August 18th in connection with drug trafficking charges. Police found him in a rather clever disguise.

As alleged in the arraignment, law enforcement officers surrounded a residence in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts where Miller was believed to be staying. Officers ordered Miller out of the residence and Miller, disguised as an elderly man, walked outside.

Upon further investigation, officers determined that the “elderly man” was in fact Miller, and at that point, officers pulled off Miller’s realistic disguise and placed him under arrest.

A search of the residence revealed two loaded weapons hidden in a laundry basket and nearly $30,000 in cash.
