Cleared: Jackknifed semi snarls traffic on I-94 SB through Mitchell Interchange

MILWAUKEE -- A jackknifed semi temporarily blocked the left lanes of southbound I-94 through the Mitchell Interchange Wednesday morning, May 24th. All lanes reopened shortly before 9 a.m.
