Cedarburg man arrested for possession of child pornography

TOWN OF CEDARBURG (WITI) -- 49-year-old David Weaver of Cedarburg was arrested Monday night, February 18th by Ozaukee Sheriff's Detectives for possession of child pornography.
Investigators were led to Weaver's residence after receiving information provided from United States Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE).
During the investigation, detectives obtained a search warrant and seized evidence which will be analyzed by Wisconsin Department of Justice Analyst.
On Wednesday, February 20th Weaver was released on $5,000 bail following a court appearance.
