In business news for Tuesday, March 26th, 2013 -- Office Max is debuting its new and improved store in the Shops of Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee.

The store has been closed for about a month as the company adopted a new format.

Additionally -- there is more good news for the housing market as residential real estate prices increased in January by just over 8%.
