Billboard urges young African-American men to not wear saggy pants

Debating sagging pants and the message they portray

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A billboard in Tennessee has people talking -- it includes a message intended for young African-American men.

The billboard reads, "Show your mind, not your behind." It was paid for by a former Memphis city councilman who says men who sag their pants portray an image of crime and poor education.

Michael Peeples is the executive assistant at Running Rebels, a community organization dedicated to developing Milwaukee's youth mentally, physically and spiritually. He joins the Studio A team to chat about this topic.
