Big boost: "Great Clips" makes generous donation to Emma Paulson's foundation

MILWAUKEE -- We have some great news to pass on -- and it involves a woman we recently had on Studio A.

You might remember back in July we had Emma Paulson on the show. She's a leukemia survivor -- and now gives back to the youngest cancer patients with her foundation, "Emma Rose - A Patient Helping Patients."

Paulson drops off comfort items like books, blankets and stuffed animals to kids fighting cancer at Children's Hospital.

On Monday, August 17th, Paulson got a big boost from "Great Clips." The company is running a "Random Acts of Kindness" campaign.

Great Clips helps deserving people in need -- and rewards them for their time and effort with a $500 donation. The group donated supplies for Emma's care packages along with a few other things for her Amazon wish list.

Paulson says she's in constant awe of people's willingness to give.

"It completely overwhelms me. When I first started this page over two years ago, we were like, 'We know what we wanna do, but what if we don't get donations?' Within the first week, we filled up our front closet. So we moved it into our basement. Now our entire basement is like a storage unit with all these gifts," said Paulson.
