MILWAUKEE (WITI) — A band of moderate snow moved through southeast Wisconsin Tuesday morning, December 17th. The fresh blanket of snow will create slick roadways for the Tuesday morning commute!

Today: Light snow and flurries before 9 a.m. Mostly cloudy an warmer than recent days but still cooler than average with a chance for a few scattered afternoon snow showers. High: 30°. Wind: W 10-20 mph with stronger gusts at times.

Tonight: Partly cloudy to mostly clear. Low: 12°

Wednesday: Partly sunny to mostly cloudy.  Afternoon high: 32°.

Thursday: Becoming mostly cloudy. Later in the afternoon expect a mix of sleet, light rain, and light snow to develop. Overnight low: 24° then rising towards dawn. Afternoon high: 38°.

Thursday Night: Mix of precipitation changing to all snow. Temperatures dropping to around 30° by Friday morning.

Friday: Windy and cold with snow showers in the morning. Morning temperature around 32° then falling through the 20s during the day. Wind: NW 15-25 mph

Saturday: Partly sunny. Morning low: 13°. Afternoon high: 28°

Sunday: Cloudy and windy with snow. Overnight low: 17° around Midnight, then steady or rising. Afternoon high: 26°
