MILWAUKEE — Average gas prices in the Milwaukee area have fallen 0.8 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.74 per gallon on Sunday, May 20th.
This compares with the national average that has increased 2.8 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.70 per gallon, according to gasoline price website MilwaukeeGasPrices.com.
Including the change in gas prices in Milwaukee during the past week, prices on Sunday, May 20th were 7.8 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago and are 11.2 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
The national average has increased 15.1 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 13.7 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.
