APPROVED: Patrick Cudahy expansion project to be completed by October 2015

CUDAHY (WITI) -- The Cudahy Plan Commission and Design Review Board approved an expansion plan at Patrick Cudahy.

The $12 million project will add to a meat processing plant built in 2011.

The building will have space for fresh bacon slicing and packaging to replace the older operations.

The project is expected to get underway this fall. It should be done by October 2015.
