An ACCIDENT?! Doctors determine baby taken to PA hospital had BAC of .289!

PITTSBURGH (WITI) -- A baby was taken to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh after her mother described her as a "limp noodle."

According to WPXI in Pittsburgh, doctors were able to determine the baby's blood-alcohol contect was nearly four times the legal limit for adults!

Erie police say the baby's BAC was .289.

How in the world did this happen? What is the baby's mother saying?
