Allen Holloway III (10-16-11) - CAPTURED

MILWAUKEE -- Allen Holloway III is accused of killing an innocent teen out of state and then hiding out there.

U.S. Marshals believe Holloway pulled the trigger and killed 18-year-old Jarius Nicholson in an Illinois neighborhood in July 2011. Some time after the murder, investigators believe Holloway left Illinois.

U.S. Marshals say Holloway uses the alias, Allen Windom.
