Aldape has warrant for his arrest after he is a no-show in court

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A warrant has been issued for Jorge Aldape -- the man charged in a domestic violence incident at Pitney Bowes in Brown Deer after he did not show up for a court appearance on Wednesday, September 25th.

36-year-old Aldape of Milwaukee has been charged in connection with an assault that took place on Monday morning, September 16th at Pitney Bowes in Brown Deer.

Aldape faces one count of disorderly conduct, domestic abuse.

The criminal complaint in the case indicates Aldape and a female Pitney Bowes employee were engaged in an argument outside Pitney Bowes on Monday morning.

The complaint says Aldape had a hold of the woman's arms while arguing with her, and two small children were present.

When another Pitney Bowes employee tried to calm the situation, Aldape threatened that man, and reportedly pulled a firearm from his vehicle, according to the criminal complaint.

The fight apparently began inside the break room at Pitney Bowes.

Surveillance video shows Aldape elbow the woman in the head, and one witness observed the two punching each other, according to the criminal complaint.

Aldape was taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon, September 17th.
