A lucky winner! Man wins $100K top prize in Wisconsin Lottery "Holly Jolly Raffle" drawing

SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- Brian Hoopingarner has come forward as the lucky winner of the $100,000 top prize from the December 11th Holly Jolly Raffle drawing.

The winning ticket was purchased at Adithi Inc., 2709 North 15th Street in Sheboygan.

The winning Holly Jolly Raffle number from December 11th was 055179. There were also 50 winners of $1,000 in the drawing, and 1,000 winners of $100.

The Wisconsin Lottery will offer a new raffle in May 2015.
