2 hurt, 1 critically after motorcycle strikes median on I-41 SB in Menomonee Falls

MENOMONEE FALLS -- Two people were hurt, one critically, in a motorcycle crash on I-41 near Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls Thursday, August 10th.

Officials say around 10:50 a.m., the motorcycle carrying two riders struck the median wall. One rider was transported by a Flight for Life helicopter with life-threatening injuries, and the other rider was transported by ground ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.

Both were taken to area hospitals.

The crash caused delays in excess of three miles. It remains under investigation.

The Germantown Police Department assisted with the closure of all southbound lanes of traffic.
