15-year-old boy flees from police in stolen car, chase ends in multi-vehicle wreck

MILWAUKEE -- A high-speed chase ends with a vehicle striking another vehicle near 41st and Glendale in Milwaukee. The pursuit started on Friday, August 21st just before 11 a.m.

Police say the chase started in the area of N. 34th and W. Capitol Drive when a 15-year-old boy fled from police in a vehicle -- that vehicle was being pursued by police because it was stolen in an armed robbery.



During the pursuit, the fleeing vehicle, struck another vehicle near 41st and Glendale and several other cars were struck as well.

The 15-year-old fled from police on foot after the crash but was taken into custody a short time later.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
