$10,000 reward being offered for info in Kapusniak shooting

ST. LOUIS (WITI) -- The President of St. Louis College of Pharmacy is offering a $10,000 reward leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in the shooting death Nicholas Kapusniak, a student at the college.

The shooting happened where a group of students from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy were gathered in the back yard for a party. A white sedan drove up and an unknown occupant of the vehicle fired gunshots. The vehicle fled the scene to the east.

The victim, identified as Nicholas Kapusniak, 20, of Waukesha, WI, suffered a gunshot wound to the upper left side of his torso.  He was carried inside where EMS crews pronounced him dead.

Police are interviewing more than 30 witnesses. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 1-866-371-TIPS. All calls are anonymous.
