Oktoberfest Beef Burgers


Ingredients

1 recipe German-Style Beef Sausage (recipe follows)4 slices Swiss cheese (3/4 ounce each)4 teaspoons German-style coarse grain mustard4 pretzel rolls, split, warmedSauerkraut:3 cups coleslaw mix2 tablespoons water2 tablespoons white vinegar1/2 teaspoon brown sugar1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon caraway seed
