West Allis woman's window display dazzles an entire community

WEST ALLIS -- If you've ever driven down S. 84th St. just past the Wisconsin State Fair grounds, you may have seen a house with a large, decked-out window display. Brian Kramp learned, the woman behind the window began dazzling seasonal decorations for her grandkids. But the displays quickly captured the attention of the entire community.
