Virginia Hazlett with the Wisconsin Beef Council, also known as "The Beef Lady" appeared on FOX6 Wakeup and demonstrated how to prepare veal marengo, which is basically a stew made with veal, and other ingredients like olive oil, onions, mushrooms, whole tomatoes, wine, garlic and thyme.
