How would you like your car to get 3,500 miles per gallon? That's the benchmark for students competing at the Shell Eco-Marathon in downtown Houston this weekend. Over 100 students from 57 high schools and 75 universities are taking part -- including an all-star group from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
