Milwaukee officers respond to 2 scenes near lakefront Monday night

Milwaukee police and Milwaukee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a reckless driver Monday evening after an incident involving a large SUV at Veterans Park; they also responded to a fatal motorcycle crash nearby.
