Milwaukee 911 delay, city department completes investigation

The Milwaukee Department of Emergency Communications completed its investigation into the handling of a 911 call and delayed emergency response. Director Tony Bueno and staff called a news conference to provide details, but abruptly ended it fielding two questions from reporters.
