Judge Borowski statement ahead of sentencing for Christopher Sloan

Milwaukee County Judge David Borowski sentenced Christopher Sloan to 16 years in prison for the 2024 crash that killed his 5-year-old son. Before the sentence was handed down, he had this to say to Sloan.
