Milwaukee 911 review after delayed response to attack on 99-year-old

The City of Milwaukee Department of Emergency Communications (DEC) is reviewing the handling of an emergency call involving a 99-year-old Milwaukee resident who was attacked in their home. Despite 911 calls made by a third party, emergency crews were not dispatched to the home until hours later.
