President Trump honors heroic teen lifeguard

President Trump honored in the Oval Office on Monday, Aug. 17, a 16-year-old lifeguard who rescued a 10-year-old boy swept into powerful waves at a Santa Cruz, California beach. Ryder Williams appeared in the Oval Office with the president.
