Menasha, Wisconsin storm damage; disaster declared

A destructive storm slammed into Menasha on Monday, July 27. The storm, which likely produced at least an EF-2 tornado, damaged or destroyed countless homes and businesses. A boil water order is in effect and thousands are without power.
