Milwaukee warehouse fire, woman charged with misdemeanor

Charges have just been filed in Wednesday night's five-alarm fire near 32nd and Hampton. Prosecutors charged 22-year-old Ellen Stevens with negligent handling of burning material, which is a misdemeanor.
