Saz’s State House has evolved over 50 years from a neighborhood tavern into a Milwaukee hospitality legacy known for their tasty ribs, signature Combo Platter, and an owner who simply goes by Saz. Brian Kramp is helping them launch a weekend festival that coincides with Brewers opening day.
