Wisconsin election: "Human error" delays Milwaukee count

Election officials said a "human error" caused a delay in processing Milwaukee's votes on Aug. 11. Five of nine memory sticks mistakenly had audit logs, not results, downloaded to them. The results are still available, but the city must redownload the results and return to the county's central count location with those results.
