Vigil for Milwaukee shooting victim near 39th and Townsend

Family of 39-year-old Shamarla Hare held a vigil outside her home on 39th and Townsend in Milwaukee on Monday. It's where prosecutors say Thomas Zollicoffer shot and killed her earlier this month.
