Milwaukee man shot 14-year-old he referred to as 'his kid,' prosecutors say

A Milwaukee man is charged with second-degree reckless homicide in the fatal shooting of Tomorrow Brumfield near 81st and Villard, killed the day before her eighth-grade graduation.
