VIDEO: Dramatic rescue shows men winched from boat just before it sinks

ISLE OF LEWIS -- The British Coast Guard released footage of a man being pulled from the high seas just moments before the boat sank.

The Irish fishing vessel "Ludda Naofa" sent a distress signal on Tuesday morning this week.

Martin Collins, Coast Guard watch manager explained what happened next.
