Production growth for craft beers has slowed to its lowest rate in seven years.
That, despite the fact that more breweries opened in the first half of this year, than for all of 2015 -- including a couple dozen here in Wisconsin.
Some of that slowdown is because former craft breweries are no longer considered as such after being purchased by larger operations.
