MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred early Monday morning, July 11th. It happened near Sherman and Florist around 2:30 a.m.
A 30-year-old Milwaukee man was driving a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder on Sherman Boulevard, lost control of the vehicle, and struck a tree. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The preliminary investigation reveals speed may have been a factor in the crash.
MPD continues its investigation.
