MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Police are seeking information on the identity of a person seen purchasing a bottle of charcoal lighter fluid at a gas station less than one block from an arson that happened a short time after the purchase was made.
The individual bought the bottle of lighter fluid at about 2:10 a.m. on August 25, and there was subsequently an arson to a garage near S. 13th and Lincoln was between 2:10 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on the same date.
The person is described as a male, Hispanic, 17-20 years old, 6' tall, thin, light complexion, having a short goatee/mustache, short brown hair with designs on the left side, wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt with "AND ONE" in white letters on the front, multicolored plaid shorts, and light ankle high athletic shoes.
