KENOSHA -- Andrew Obregon appeared in a Kenosha County courtroom on Friday morning, November 20th -- and pleaded not guilty to charges of fleeing an officer, obstructing an officer and criminal damage to property.
Before entering the pleas, Obregon waived his right to a preliminary hearing -- and the judge bound him over for trial.
Obregon is a suspect in the homicide of Tywon Anderson, whose body was discovered in a field of corn off of Highway A in Kenosha County on September 26th. Obregon was on the run for 11 days before his capture.
