MILWAUKEE -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is scheduled to perform milling and paving work at the I-41/US 45 split in Washington County. What does that mean for drivers? Officials say the work will require a full closure of US 45 southbound, but not I-41.
The closure of US 45 is scheduled to begin Friday, July 15th from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time, the WIS 145 entrance ramp to US 45 southbound is scheduled to be closed. A single lane closure of I-41 southbound, approaching the split, is also scheduled.
