FOND DU LAC (WITI) -- Fond du Lac County Sheriff's officials say a 26-year-old man was killed on Monday, March 23rd when he became trapped under his vehicle.
Sheriff's officials were called out to a home on Voyager Drive in the Town of Friendship just after 11:00 a.m. Monday for a report of a man pinned under a vehicle.
Sheriff's deputies and first responders found the 26-year-old man pinned under his pickup truck in the driveway. He was extricated, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
An initial investigation indicates the man was underneath the vehicle doing maintenance when a mechanical failure occurred.
The man who was killed hasn't been identified.
