Winterfest is 'a 9-day festival that celebrates art, winter, family, and fun'

LAKE GENEVA -- Lake Geneva is of course a popular destination during the summer -- but there's almost as much fun to be had int he winter as well. They're in the midst of the Winterfest celebrations this week. Carl spent the morning checking out the fun.
