MILWAUKEE -- There's just one week left before 'Phobruary' comes to an end. It's all going down in Silver City. That's where Kasey spent the morning -- trying the traditional Vietnamese dish called "Pho."

Layton Boulevard West Neighbors is presenting the 5th annual 'Phobruary,' which runs through Feb. 28. Each participating restaurant will offer Pho at a special price of $5 per bowl; Monday through Friday, dine-in only.
