Wisconsin Emergency Management offers snow preparation tips

MILWAUKEE -- Rain, snow and everything in between is on the way. The National Weather Service is predicting a strong winter storm will affect much of Wisconsin starting Wednesday, December 19th and lasting though Friday, December 21st.
