WAUKESHA (WITI) -- The Waukesha Police Department is looking for a 1992-1996 Chevrolet F10 or G20 Sport Van (conversion van) that was involved in a hit-and-run accident on January 26th.
Officials say the vehicle struck the traffic signal cabinet on E. Main Street and Nike Drive, and then fled the scene towards Dolphin Dr.
Police say the vehicle has extensive front-end damage primarily on the passenger side. It is also missing dark gray headlamp trim pieces.
Police do not have a color for the vehicle.
